AITFM Visits Chinese Academy of Sciences Embodied AI Training Grounds in Beijing to Explore Industrial Collaboration

13 Apr 2026

BEIJING, April 13, 2026 – A delegation from the Association of Innovation Technology Finance and Marketing (AITFM), led by its President Jacky Sit, visited the embodied AI robot training grounds of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) today. The visit marks a significant step forward in deepening the regular mechanism for industry-education integration between the association and cutting-edge scientific sectors.

During the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding data assets, talent supply, and commercial implementation within the field of embodied artificial intelligence. The CAS facility stands as one of China’s most advanced hubs for humanoid robot innovation and practical training, equipped with critical infrastructure including high-fidelity physical simulation environments and full-scale real-robot data collection systems.

A CAS representative emphasized the strategic role of high-value real-robot data, describing it as the essential "fuel" for embodied AI large models and a key barrier to technological innovation. The official noted that active efforts are underway to establish the training grounds as a regional hub for investment and innovation, spanning both precision industrial operations and complex domestic services.

The talks also explored how to leverage Hong Kong's international financial expertise alongside AITFM's market resources. Discussions focused on helping the training grounds attract global capital, refine commercialization frameworks for high-value data assets, and enhance the efficiency of technology incubation and achievement transformation. The ultimate goal is to pioneer an integrated platform model that encompasses "practical training, scientific innovation, industrial service, and talent output."

The visit underscores a mutual commitment to forging a comprehensive partnership between technological innovation and financial markets. By combining the core technological strengths of CAS in embodied AI with Hong Kong’s mature financial ecosystem, the collaboration aims to help dismantle the data and talent bottlenecks currently hindering industrial breakthroughs. Moving forward, AITFM will continue to pursue these collaborative opportunities to accelerate the rollout of high-value humanoid robot projects.
