CHIBA, Japan — The Association of Innovation Technology Finance and Marketing (AITFM) participated in an exclusive Nasdaq Listing Masterclass in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture, aiming to establish a permanent collaboration framework between Japanese high-growth enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and the world’s leading capital markets.
Representing the association at the closed-door event on June 23 was AITFM Acting Chairman Clarence Chan. The masterclass was jointly organized by Richman Investment Fund, Nasdaq, international law firm Greenberg Traurig (GT), and accounting firm Marcum Asia. A key focus of the masterclass was leveraging the primary position of U.S. capital markets to accelerate the Nasdaq listing process for innovative Japanese firms within a condensed 10-month timeline. Industry experts provided comprehensive financial architecture and legal guidance, addressing core cross-border challenges. These included forward-looking technology valuations, corporate restructuring, the reconciliation of Japanese GAAP to U.S. GAAP, and multinational tax optimization.
The masterclass marks a deepening strategic alignment between Japan’s industrial innovators and mainstream global capital, aimed at securing a time advantage for high-growth Japanese enterprises in an increasingly competitive global tech and capital landscape.
